Proud to be a Living Wage Employer.
There's no getting away from the ever-changing cost of life in the UK. However, whilst the government's National Living Wage is a rate offered by many employers, we believed we could do better. Listening to the everyday needs of our staff and helping our clients understand these, in May 2024 we made the switch to become a Living Wage Employer, offering our workforce a higher wage rate, as standard.
We believe our staff should be paid for the incredible work they do, and the Living Wage allows us to do this officially. Combined with our focus on paying staff correctly and on time means happier employees that stay with us for longer!
