Pay: £12.60 per hour

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires effective communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Role overview: We are currently recruiting for a Night Cleaning Working Supervisor to join our team at a prestigious hotel in the heart of the city centre. This is a hands-on supervisory role ideal for someone with cleaning experience and strong leadership skills, who takes pride in maintaining the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and work alongside a team of night cleaning operatives, ensure exceptional cleanliness and hygiene across all key areas, including: Restaurant, bar, public spaces, corridors, spa and wellness facilities, conduct quality checks and support team performance, assist with training, guidance, and coordination of tasks, report any issues or maintenance concerns promptly and ensure adherence to health & safety and company procedures. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in cleaning (hotel or commercial settings preferred), strong attention to detail and leadership qualities, able to lead by example and work effectively under pressure, excellent communication and time-management skills, reliable, organised, and motivated and committed to maintaining the highest cleanliness standards.
