Duties:

Working Site Supervisor

Hours: Monday - Friday, 15:00 PM to 19:00 PM

Role overview:We are looking for a reliable and proactive Working Site Supervisor to join our team. This is a hands-on role, where you’ll lead by example while ensuring the site is cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. You will be responsible for daily supervision of cleaning operatives, completing cleaning tasks alongside your team, and maintaining excellent communication with both management and the client.
Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and work alongside a team of night cleaning operatives, ensure exceptional cleanliness and hygiene across all key areas, including: Restaurant, bar, public spaces, corridors, spa and wellness facilities, conduct quality checks and support team performance, assist with training, guidance, and coordination of tasks, report any issues or maintenance concerns promptly and ensure adherence to health & safety and company procedures. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in cleaning (hotel or commercial settings preferred), strong attention to detail and leadership qualities, able to lead by example and work effectively under pressure, excellent communication and time-management skills, reliable, organised, and motivated and committed to maintaining the highest cleanliness standards.
